Shipping Restrictions
Apart from books, movies and music only selected items from other product categories such as some software, tools, video games, jewellery, sporting goods, consumer electronics and kitchen items can be shipped to New Zealand. The category tabs at the top of each page link to items within those categories that are generally available for shipping to New Zealand. Through inKiwi it is possible to view some amazon.com items that you can't ship to New Zealand (via Accessory & Similar Item links), however we've set things up to minimise that where possible.
Also not all Marketplace vendors ship outside of the U.S. If you are having problems with an order containing Marketplace items then make sure the seller you have selected stipulates that they will ship internationally. If they don't ship internationally choose a different vendor that will.
Also note that buyers outside the U.S. cannot purchase the following items via Amazon Marketplace: Video Games, Electronics, Camera & Photo, Tools & Hardware, Kitchen & Housewares, Software, and Computers.
When you go through the checkout process and enter your shipping address anything that can't be shipped will be brought to your attention.
